ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow for 2-3 business days for items to ship. The shipping time only starts once items are processed and picked up by USPS. During release weekends, your orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Due to high order volume, and our small staff, more time is needed to process orders. We thank everyone for their patience while we prepare orders.

STOLEN/LOST ORDERS

Raise 'Em Up Country Co is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. If a package is lost, stolen, or an incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer, Raise 'Em Up Country Co is not responsible for refunding or replacing those items. It is the customer's responsibility to file any lost or damaged claims with the mail carrier. Raise 'Em Up Country Co is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of mail carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.

In order to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

- The product was purchased within the last 14 days.

- The product is unwashed or unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

- You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from
